E3 Mobility, a rising electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has officially launched operations at its new manufacturing facility in Changwon, South Korea. As the company’s first domestic production base, the factory is designed to serve as a foundational hub for entering Korea’s electric vehicle market.

With an annual production capacity of 1,200 units, the Changwon facility focuses on building E3 Mobility’s flagship electric model, the Deux 7. Tailored for daily commuters and delivery riders alike, the Deux 7 offers the perfect balance of performance and practicality, delivering the power of a 125cc-class vehicle.
What sets the Deux 7 apart is its impressive low-end torque, making it ideal for navigating Korea’s urban environments and hilly roads with ease. The vehicle is also equipped with generous under-seat and front storage, offering users a level of convenience and cargo space rarely found in this category.
The Deux 7 is powered by a state-of-the-art powertrain from Hyundai Kefico and high-density battery cells from LG Energy Solution, ensuring high efficiency, durability, and a seamless riding experience.
E3 Mobility is also building the infrastructure to support its vehicles with a rapidly growing Battery Swap Station (BSS) network. The company currently operates 50 stations across Daegu, with plans to add another 50 units in Daegu and 70 more in Seoul. These stations are strategically placed in high-traffic areas such as convenience stores, gas stations, and public kiosks—enabling fast, clean, and user-friendly battery swaps without the need to plug in.
“Our Changwon facility is more than just a production site—it’s the launchpad for redefining two-wheeled mobility in Korea,” said an E3 Mobility spokesperson. “We’re starting small but moving fast, and our mission is clear: to lead Korea into a more sustainable, electrified transportation era.”
As Korea’s electric two-wheeler landscape begins to take shape, E3 Mobility is positioning itself at the forefront—powered by innovation, collaboration, and a deep understanding of everyday riders’ needs.
