Following its impactful debut at EICMA 2021 in collaboration with Hyundai Kefico, Korean electric motorcycle startup E3 Mobility returned to the global stage at EICMA 2022, this time showcasing its innovations at the booth of Italian EV motorcycle developer I2V, with whom it has recently signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

EICMA 2022, held from November 8 to 13 at Fiera Milano, marked a resounding success with over 1,370 brands from 43 countries, a 38% increase in overall attendance, and more than 6,900 registered media professionals, proving the event’s full post-pandemic resurgence and continued global relevance.

At I2V’s booth, E3 Mobility unveiled elements of a new electric motorcycle platform under joint development, signaling the company’s strategic entry into the European market. The MOU with I2V includes plans for collaborative R&D, European manufacturing, and technology sharing, positioning both companies to co-lead the future of electric mobility in Europe and beyond.

“This year’s EICMA is more than a showcase—it’s a launching point for our long-term expansion,” said an E3 Mobility spokesperson. “Following our collaboration with Hyundai Kefico last year, we’re now building stronger roots in Europe through this partnership with I2V, moving one step closer to mass adoption of smart electric two-wheelers.”

E3’s participation in EICMA 2022 through I2V’s booth drew interest from buyers, media, and industry professionals from around the world, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and global scale-up.
