E3 Mobility, the company behind the electric two-wheeler brand Deux, has officially opened a new production plant in Changwon, South Korea, marking a bold step forward in its mission to lead the domestic electric mobility market.

Covering over 6,600 square meters, the Changwon facility is the company’s second manufacturing hub in Korea.
The plant boasts an annual production capacity of 18,000 units and will be operated by a team of over 30 skilled professionals, dedicated to building products centered on high performance, premium quality, and enhanced safety.
This new facility was established not only to expand domestic manufacturing but also to address the limitations of the company’s existing plant—specifically improving production efficiency and resolving constraints in parts storage and logistics flow. With advanced layout design and optimized workflows, the Changwon site enhances both output capacity and operational resilience across the board.
As the only facility in Korea producing both electric motorcycles and electric golf carts, this hybrid production line is designed to meet diverse demands—from urban mobility and last-mile delivery to leisure, tourism, and light industrial transport. It is expected to set a new standard in the rapidly growing micro-mobility segment.
The Changwon plant will manufacture the brand’s signature models tailored for the Korean market:
Deux 7 (250cc-class)
Deux 5 (160cc-class)
Deux 3 (125cc-class)

Each model is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including Hyundai Kefico powertrains and LG Energy Solution battery cells, ensuring powerful performance, long-range capability, and compatibility with the Battery Swap System (BSS) for fast and convenient energy replenishment.
Notably, the Changwon facility is positioned to become a central hub for Korea’s EV two-wheeler ecosystem. With a fully integrated production and service network, spanning manufacturing, quality control, and after-sales support. it will help improve the industry’s structural foundation while redefining the user experience around real-world needs.
An E3 Mobility spokesperson stated:
“This new facility in Changwon is more than just a production plant—it’s a living lab for sustainable mobility and a testbed for innovation in electric transport. Through user-focused design and powerful technology integration, we aim to reshape the standards of electric mobility in Korea.”
